Bio

Jude Timothy Harris is an American film, television, and theatre actor. He was born in Clearwater, Florida, the son of Teresa Shea.

Jude was thirteen when his family moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he started performing in local theatre. Jude then became involved with Atlanta’s prestigious Alliance Theatre Youth Players, with performances in A Wrinkle in Time, The Short Story of Michael Fish, and Macbeth.

Jude was fourteen when he landed roles in several short films and he was also cast as a regular for a couple streaming series. Around the same time Jude earned a role in the feature length film Macbeth.

Jude was fifteen when he won an award Best Cinematographer for the short film Destined 2 B Yours in the Southern Shorts Film Festival 2018. Jude created a talk show, This Is What I Think. Jude then became involved with Atlanta’s re:imagine and Adolescent Content for a groundbreaking Instagram series, Suburbia.

Jude was sixteen when he was nominated Best Teen Actor in Film for his performance in Behind the Moon. Jude wrote, cast, and directed his first film, Things Left Unsaid. Jude was thrilled, when asked by the Atlanta Workshop Players, to write and direct several short films for their company.

Jude was seventeen when his film Things Left Unsaid was an official selection in the Sunshine City Film Festival 2020 St. Petersburg, Florida as well as the South Georgia Film Festival 2020 Valdosta, GA. Jude is honored to be part of the Alliance Theatre Teen Ensemble team, doing various work for the Alliance such as attend opening nights and writing reviews. Jude collaborated with the Alliance Theatre, Patrick McColery, Pearl Cleage, and fellow teens to create the 19th annual Palefsky Collission Project, based on the book White Rose.

Jude was eighteen when he was in his first major commercial, a Dish Network national campaign ad titled Waiting. Jude was part of the Alliance Theatre Teen Ensemble team for a second year. Jude wrote and directed for Skitz Atlanta, a part of Three:60tv. Jude was cast in several SCAD student thesis films as well as Belmont University, Emory college, and a feature length film for SVAD.

Jude was nineteen when his role as Ryder came out on Hulu in an orinal series, Dopesick. Jude was offered the opportunity to interview for the Alliance Theatre teen ensemble position again and is one of the rare few who have ever been able to be a part of this team for three years.

Jude in his twenties can be seen as Peter in an original Netflix film, Do Revenge. Jude is also in a feature length film, Wrong Ingredients, which is making its way around the film festival circuits.

Jude’s first love is acting but he also spends time doing other things he enjoys such as writing, directing, and casting. Jude’s hobbies include soccer, guitar, horseback riding, playing with his dogs, and being the coolest brother ever. Jude believes strongly in giving back and donates a portion of his earnings to non-profit charities that help children.
